Rental terms

Rate

€1150/month for 3 months or longer, all utilities included (heating, electricity, water, internet)

Stays of just 1 or 2 months might be possible, rate to be discussed.

Tourist tax

Vacationers in the village are required to pay a Taxe de séjour: 5% of the rental amount, collected on the spot by the landlord. The tax does not apply to non-tourists (e.g. longer-term tenants or professionals).

Arrival / departure

Any dates are basically possible, to be discussed. Please vacate the property no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cleaning

Finding the right domestic help is nearly impossible out in the country. So, dear residents, please leave the house neat and tidy inside and out – basically, the way you found it when you arrived except for the bedlinen, which will be laundered after you depart.

Miscellaneous

• Well-behaved domestic animals are welcome.
• Indoors is a smoke-free zone.
